Welcome to the journey, to see God work and make your joy full! It is said that one of us is not greater than all of us and I see this truth no greater than I do in the study of Prayer. Prayers tools and instruments this site will share that will make the travel at times less burdensome. I prayerfully and thoughtfully have considered this project and believe God will use this to bring us the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual growth that makes light shine more on Prayer to God and His greatness.
This website is dedicated to all things beneficial to the study and practice that is all about prayer. We wanted to develop a site to aid in a deeper and more practical use of prayer and its relation to better communication with God. All items posted to this website may or may not reflect the opinions and or beliefs of the doctrines revealed by the authors of the Blogs. The intention of this site is to gather information and ideas from differing purviews of prayer. We welcome all opinions, ideas, and practices that may become a useful experience to the believer. I am aware that differing opinions and interpretations of Scriptures by all participants. We invite all of these so that we all may benefit in understanding one another and the ability of Jesus fulfillment of his words, we all teach all of us how to pray. The disciplines are not intended to discriminate but to incorporate the sincerity and singleness of heart of each contributor. I hope that in this approach we might find a greater love and connection with one another and with God. With all of us sharing and assisting each other to get a better hold of God, nothing can prove more useful, necessary and beneficial to our communities.
My name is William Whitelaw and I have been a seeker of Truth and communion with God for 38 years. I have studied over 20 forms of meditation, read the Koran, the Sanskrit’s, The Sutras of Buddha, the Bhagvad gita,the Bible, the Apocrypha , and other spiritual works of the world. I have a love and appreciation for all people of all faiths. Please feel free to comment and add value to each subject you will run across. All information ie….prayer requests, answers to prayers, prayer lists, ideas to help organize, and anything is welcome and appreciated.
I want to set objectives for this site and some foundations for the use of its words represented.
1. To show the Love of God in word and deed.
2. To help, and receive help, of those who desire the same
3. To keep in prayer the results of this site to the end that God and His Kingdom will be illustrated and illumined in our hearts and minds.
4. to refrain from criticizing, correcting and debating, but in the spirit of love and respect for one another prayerfully consider each contribution to the goal #1
I have this project as is, a work and labor of love. It is unfinished and will be until the day when God appears to us face to face. Thank you for your prayer and ideological support. Please help this in getting this to be a light to the dark world of hopelessness and faithlessness. I believe that God can and will use us to see some lives saved from depression and destruction as God hears and answers the prayers of those encouraged by us.
